Cancellation Policy

Please be on time for your appointment. If you think you are going to be 15 minutes late or more, please contact us to let us know. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment without letting us know (with a reasonable explanation) will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and marked as a no show. Any future appointments can be cancelled at managers discretion. You will not be offered future appointments where your missed appointment has not been paid for along with a deposit for your future appointment

We are very busy so appointments are precious. At least 24 hours notice is asked of you for rescheduling and cancelling appointments. Please note we may not be able to give you another appointment for several weeks during our busy periods.

If in the case of a 'no show' or with less than 24 hours notice given and a future booking is sought, you must pay for your missed appointment and a deposit is required for a new appointment or to secure a future appointment that you may have already made. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of all future appointments.

Appointments need to be prepaid for in full where not enough notice has been given more

than once for last minute rescheduling.

Personalized Attention

At WagMore Daycare, we understand that every dog is unique and has different needs, which is why we have every dog complete a "meet & greet" session to ensure they will be comfortable in the studio.

Trained and Certified Staff

Our staff are trained and certified in dog care and behavior. They are passionate about dogs and are dedicated to providing the best care possible for your furry friend.

Indoor and Outdoor Time

We have both indoor and outdoor time scheduled each day. The WagMore Studio provides a safe space inside for play and rest. Our fully trained and insured walkers will take every dog to local parks at least twice a day. Outdoor time is "on-lead" but does allow your dog to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while playing with their furry friends.

Flexible Drop-off and Pick-up

We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to accommodate your busy schedule. You can drop off your dog as early as 8am and pick them up as late as 6pm. We may be able to accommodate you outside of these hours on request.

Health and Wellbeing

Each dog attending WagMore Daycare must be neutered and have proof of up to date vaccines. While we appreciate every dog may have had different experiences, we are not able to provide 121 training at this time and cannot tolerate any aggressive behaviour. Any dogs seen to be acting in a manner that distresses or threatens other dogs, will have to be collected from the studio immediately.

Affordable Packages

We offer affordable packages for daycare, including half-day and full-day options. We also offer discounts for multiple dogs and long-term bookings. Just ask our staff at the time of booking.

WagMore respects your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. We will be clear about what data we collect and why we collect it. This privacy statement explains the personal information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we will use it and how we protect it. WagMore collects personal data about you in order to provide a professional service to our members and the public. WagMore is a Controller of the personal data you (the data subject) provide us. Sharing & Disclosure We strive to keep your personal data safe and only share it when necessary. We recognise that you have a right to know that the information you share with Wagmore is maintained confidentially. We only disclose your information as authorised in this Notice. We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We use the following 3rd party Data Processors. We have chosen them carefully as they comply with the EU GDPR 2018. All are based in the USA and are also confirmed as either compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield or are contracted with via Standard Contractual Clauses. Day Smart (Used to manage the membership database, Members Hub and Online booking.) What cookies do we use? We use a cookie banner to inform visitors about the use of cookies on the website and to obtain consent before cookies can be used. This banner appears at the bottom of the first page a visitor views. Cookies will only be set for visitors who click the "I accept" button. If a visitor clicks "Remind me later" or navigates to another page without clicking the "I accept" button, no cookies will be set except some operational cookies that are essential to the functions of the website. This site uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. What we do with your data? Your personal data is stored and processed by WagMore. We only transmit your data outside the EU to the approved 3rd party Data Processors listed in Section 3. How long we keep your personal data? We keep records for a period of 1 year after you have stopped being an active customer. There may be a circumstance where data is required to be held for a longer period of time, for example for litigation purposes or in case of an accident or incident. What are your rights? We use appropriate technical, organisational and administrative security measures to protect all personal data we hold in our records and keep it secure. Unfortunately, no organisation can guarantee complete security. Right of Access Individuals have the right to access their personal data and supplementary information. Right to Rectification For members, the account profile is available to administer any changes in your personal information. Otherwise should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incomplete or incorrect, you have the ability to request to see this information and have it rectified.
